The men of GGMC and Cantus Vocal Ensemble present the first of two captivating performances on Saturday, May 17, showcasing a rich tapestry of choral music spanning from Renaissance masters to contemporary composers. The program features works by Cecilia McDowall, René Eespere, John August Pamintuan, Stacey Gibbs, Abbie Betinis, Steven Sametz, and more.
On Sunday, May 18, the Ragazzi Boys Chorus joins GGMC and Cantus Vocal Ensemble for a dynamic concert celebrating the artistry of Alan Menken, Robert Sund, Emil Fredberg, Richard Rodgers, Paul McCartney, and Harold Arlen. The afternoon's performance includes the world premiere of a new composition by Saunder Choi and a special tribute to the 500th anniversary of Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, featuring the iconic Gloria from Missa Papae Marcelli.
